For decades, Thomas the Tank Engine has brought joy to children all over the world. Adult Swim’s brand of alternative comedy has not always appealed to everyone, but recently they seem to have found significant mainstream success. Despite Constantine‘s recent cancellation after only 13 episodes on NBC, Matt Ryan will reprise his role as John Constantine in the fifth episode of the upcoming season of The CW’s Arrow. Adapted from DC’s Hellblazer comics, John Constantine is an occult detective of waning faith who defends our world from dark forces that would see us all destroyed.

Social media continues to present a means by which celebrities can promote their personal brand, broadcast developments on projects, and most importantly: communicate with fans. We’ve talked at great length about celebrities who have an uncanny knack for implementing such technologies, and now they will get another tool to add to their arsenal.

The third season of Arrow made a special point to emphasize the changing nature of the show; while the narrative will always center on the adventures of Oliver Queen, his crusade has become much more of an ensemble, rather than a singular character study. With that in mind,the fourth season of Arrow continues to greatly expand the citizenry of Starling City.
